Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Your role will involve greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests.
Coordinate seating flow to optimize service efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications (But Not Necessary but Preferred):
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a hostess or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with reservation management systems is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
