If you don't have experience and are willing to learn, we will train you. But prior experience and working knowledge of the salad station and/or hot line is helpful.

ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Has good attitude and is a fast learner
Is available to work 4-6 days / 35-50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
Is willing to learn all kitchen positions before assuming a supervisory role
Is responsible, trustworthy, loyal, organized, dependable and a hard worker
If you are ambitious and can learn more skills and perform more tasks, there is plenty of growth potential
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
Good leadership, communication and time-management skills
Kitchen experience is necessary i.e. in food preparation (following recipes) and in hotline-cooking
Quick at completing tasks
Basic computer, POS and tablets skills
Ability to talk to customers either in person or on the phone
JOB DUTIES:
Supervise and delegate work to staff to ensure that all members are being productive
Assist the staff in completing their tasks to provide quality food and service
Ensure our standard practices are being followed to maintain safety, cleanliness and sanitation
Limited office work i.e. cash handling and simple PC work
Monitor inventory levels of supplies and order as needed
