Sauté & Grill Cooks (AM/PM):
We are looking for skilled cooks who can handle high-volume service with attention to freshness and quality.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the line efficiently
Assist with prep and cleaning
Maintain a sense of urgency and positive attitude
Willingness to learn new techniques and styles
Compensation: $20–$25/hour based on experience + tips based on sales
Dishwashers (AM/PM):
We are also hiring dishwashers with open availability.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Assist with basic prep
Help keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly
Work with urgency and a great attitude
Compensation: $17.50–$19/hour + tips based on sales
General Requirements (All Positions):
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Have reliable transportation
Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card (as required by law)
Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety standards
We E-Verify — all candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and complete an I-9
Must follow California labor laws, including meal/rest breaks and overtime regulations
