Busser/Food Runner
Job Responsibilities
- Delivering completed dishes from the kitchen to guests in an efficient and professional manner.
- Describing every dish upon delivery to guests.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and specials, including but not limited to ingredients, simple preparation descriptions, and notable allergens.
- Assist servers in pre-setting, bussing, clearing, and crumbing tables between courses.
- Efficiently cleaning and resetting tables for reservations.
- Adhering to strict food and beverage safety and cleanliness protocols & standards.
- Adhering to Kingfisher's Steps of Service standards with every guest dining experience.

Experience and Requirements:
- Prefer prior fine-dining experience.
- Prior Restaurant Hosting experience a plus. (Looking for an individual who is open to being cross-trained in multiple support-staff positions)
- Available evenings (4:30pm-10:30pm)
- Team player who works well under pressure.
- Multi-tasking abilities & the ability to keep up with a high volume of guests.
