Female-owned and female-run French bakery café seeking a baker to assist in our growing pastry and wholesale programs. The ideal candidate would be a culinary/pastry student, who has baking knowledge of various viennoiserie, boulangerie, and patisserie products (e.g. croissants, baguettes, tarts), as well as large batch baking, with the ability to hit the ground running with minimal training. Must be efficient, organized, and able to think on your feet, as you will often move between several tasks and stations within your work shift. Ability to start early in the morning required.
