We’re looking for a committed and detail-driven individual to join our growing pastry and bread program. As a Pastry Assistant / Bread Maker, you’ll work alongside our production team to craft high-quality breads and baked goods for all Trust Restaurant Group concepts, Trust, Fort Oak, Cardellino, The Wise Ox, Rare Society, Trust Kitchen Catering, and our upcoming French concept.
Who You Are:
You have professional kitchen experience, with a strong interest or background in bread and pastry production.
You’re reliable, consistent, and care about doing things the right way.
You’re eager to grow within a team of passionate culinary professionals.
You understand the pace and standards of a production kitchen and enjoy the structure and repetition of a well-run bake.
