Fine Dining Service Assistant – Family-Owned Seafood Restaurant

Position Overview:
As a Service Assistant, you will support our servers and help ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience for every guest. This role is ideal for someone interested in fine dining service and learning the flow of a professional restaurant.
Responsibilities Include:
-Assisting servers with table service and guest needs
-Clearing, resetting, and maintaining dining tables
-Refilling water, restocking silverware, and basic table items
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining room
-Supporting teamwork during busy service periods
