KFC Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor:
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of their assigned shift. Key responsibility areas include team performance, sets goals and assignments at the start of each shift and gives feedback during and at the end of the shift. Consistently runs an effective shift (service times and quality). Demonstrates positive energy by handling customer concerns on the spot. Effective product cost management during shift and communicates restaurant performance data to team members.

Thursday, August 8th - 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Saturday, August 10th - 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
