We are now hiring all BOH staff to join Sura KBBQ!
We are located in Millenia, Otay Ranch in Chula Vista. We are currently heading towards the end of the construction, gearing up to open by the beginning of July.
SURA KBBQ is under a restaurant group that owns Common Theory, Realm of 52 Remedies, and Woomiok in Kearny Mesa. we are a fast growing hospitality group, and there will be plenty of room for growth and opportunities!
At Sura KBBQ, we are offering an AYCE Korean BBQ, the traditional grill-at-your-table style. We are also offering a buffet line of fresh meats / veggies and side dishes, as well as the cooked Korean cuisine for self serve.
Line cook qualifications:
- 2 year or more experience in a full service restaurant kitchen
- Good knife skills are always a plus
- Ability to work as a team player and to take initiative
- Professional and positive attitude is a MUST
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Butchering experience is not required, but a plus!
Prep cook qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience in a full service restaurant kitchen
- Good knife skills are always a plus
- Ability to work as a team player and to take initiative
- Professional and positive attitude is a MUST
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Dish washer qualifications:
- 6 months or more experience in a full service restaurant kitchen
- Ability to take initiative
- Professional and positive attitude is a MUST
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
