VCC is an equal opportunity employer.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate call center operators to ensure compliance with training and policies and procedures including those of Artera. Train new operators and support experienced operators to improve performance. Create educational materials, conduct training, identify skill gaps and ensure staff members respond in a professional and timely manner. Provide monthly trainings to any VCC employees. Essential Job FunctionsDevelop Artera call center educational materials, such as digital presentation, how-to manuals and instructional videosSupervision of real time status of channels and messagesStaffing logs and skypes, scheduling to demandAttend new trainings provided by ArteraMonitor department/site response on mentions and opened channelsAttend Artera meetings and provide updates as neededIdentify urgent alerts and response timeMonitoring of opened messagesMonitoring of pending tagged messages to call center Monitoring of rescheduling workgroup[Attend Artera trainings and promote growth within department by sharing new procedures Ability to send broadcast when neededAny other Artera duty which may become implemented Prepare manuals and workflows regarding scheduling techniques and appropriate operator conduct via ArteraSchedule and conduct training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employeesCreate and provide training on new and updated call center procedures to improve performanceQualificationsMinimumHigh School graduate or equivalentMinimum three years’ call center or medical office experience Bilingual English/SpanishRequired Skill/Knowledge/AbilitiesTyping/data entry proficiency minimum 50 wpmProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailThorough knowledge of correct English grammar, spelling and punctuationSalary range: $22.50 - $24.50 DOEPI239786777 Apply
