We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our innovative San Diego clinic on a contract basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of regenerative medicine, working with advanced therapies to help patients restore function and improve their quality of life without invasive surgery.
Position Details:
Location: San Diego, CA / Mira Mesa, CA
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible hours available (part-time to full-time potential)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and expertise ( - $84/hour,
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, physical assessments, and evaluations for various degenerative and chronic conditions.
Collaborate with our physician and clinical team to develop and manage individualized treatment plans using precision health principles.
Perform or assist with advanced regenerative procedures, which may include administering platelet-rich plasma (PRP), regenerative therapies, and other biologic modalities.
Educate patients thoroughly on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed medical records in compliance with all regulatory and HIPAA standards.
Monitor patient progress, manage adverse reactions, and ensure safety and comfort throughout their care journey.
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing from the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Graduate nursing degree (MSN or DNP).
Strong procedural and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Experience in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, orthopedics, wound care, or a related field is highly preferred, but not required (comprehensive training in our specific protocols is provided).
