Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship
Meal preparation and serving
Maintaining daily written documentation via tablet (computer skills required)
Assist with housekeeping and laundry
Observe and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate staff
Help with basic exercises and mobility
Following daily schedule, behavioral plans, and activities.
TEAMWORK
And any other duties that are determined necessary.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older, have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must Clear DOJ/FBI Live Scan Criminal Background Check prior to employment
Must be in good physical health, TB clearance, Physical clearance
Obtain First Aid & CPR certificate
Must be able to lift, push, and pull 25+ lbs and work as a team with other caregivers.
