Human Resources Coordinator

Outstanding owner and operator of shopping warehouse clubs seeks candidate to provide administrative support for the HR department assisting with all aspects of the employee life cycle, coordinating employee experience activities, and maintaining a high volume of employment records.

This will be a hybrid role, working 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creates, organizes, tracks and maintains company personnel records and documentation. Processes all personnel changes in ADP.

Assists with recruitment, pre-hire process, onboarding, benefits, status changes, separations and other HR related projects/tasks.

Assists with organizing employee experience events and communications, including team lunches, care package distributions, and anniversary/birthday celebrations.

Provides internal customer service to the team, promptly addressing employee questions and concerns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Adhere and apply Company’s Code of Conduct and Company Ethics at all times

Adhere and apply Company's Security, Prevention and Safety Guidelines

Promote Company’s business philosophy including the 6 Rights of Merchandizing

Observe and apply Company’s Policies and Procedures

Protect Company's assets and working tools at all times

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR FORMAL TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE:

University degree or two plus years of administrative experience.

Working knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and requirements.

Strong organization skills including the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a highly efficient manner.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring a high quality of work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated judgment and confidentiality in handling private employee information.

Strong interpersonal (verbal & written) communication skills.

High degree of professionalism.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
