Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator contributes to the overall success of Company’s Human Resources department by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and coordination to the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams. This position is responsible for helping create a unique and positive first impression for potential Company employees as well as providing an outstanding candidate experience for each and every candidate.

This is a hybrid position.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS-OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:

Manage the administrative functions associated with the recruitment process including routing requisitions and offers for approval, scheduling interviews, and creating offer letters.

Participate in process improvements and new program initiatives supportive of Company’s Talent Acquisition and broader Human Resources strategy.

Create and coordinate postings for all career opportunities.

Track the progress of candidates throughout the hiring process via the Applicant Tracking System.

Provide proactive follow-up communications to candidates on recruiting status.

Manage reference checks for all final candidates.

Perform initial resume review and provide feedback to recruiter or hiring manager.

Perform initial phone interviews with candidates.

May recruit and source for entry level technical positions.

Attend career fairs and networking events on behalf of Company Services.

Prepare and maintain requisition folders.

Support HR counterparts with administrative processes related to on boarding.

May assist with new hire orientation.

Maintain strict confidentiality for all sensitive information.

Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].

Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.

Embodies Company’s cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a Business discipline preferred.

Minimum one to three (1-3) years of experience within recruitment.

Previous experience with applicant tracking software (ATS) software required. UKG preferred.

Experience working in a regulated environment (biotech, diagnostics, medical device) preferred but not required.
