Clean Earth Maintenance (a division of Clean Earth Restorations) is looking for a reliable and hard-working Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our Maintenance Department. The Air Duct Cleaning Technician is responsible for providing high-quality duct and ventilation system cleaning services to residential and commercial customers. This includes inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing HVAC systems, ducts, and related components using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Job Duties Include:
Perform air duct and vent cleaning services using vacuums, brushes, air whips, and other cleaning tools.
Inspect HVAC systems, identify signs of buildup or damage, and report findings to the supervisor or client.
Follow company protocols and industry standards (e.g., NADCA guidelines) for HVAC system cleaning.
Safely operate company vehicle and maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition.
Communicate effectively with customers about services performed and recommend maintenance or repairs if needed.
Complete service documentation accurately, including before-and-after photos and job checklists.
Adhere to all safety protocols, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent the company in a courteous and respectful manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior experience in air duct cleaning, HVAC, or related field (preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Able to pass a drug & background check
Ability to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and occasionally in hot or dusty environments
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed
Working Conditions:
Work is performed in residential homes, commercial buildings, attics, crawlspaces, and job sites
Exposure to dust, debris, and cleaning chemicals
May require use of respirators or other PPE depending on the job site

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday. Some flexibility or occasional weekend work may be required.
