We’re a San Diego window cleaning company hiring Exterior Cleaning Technicians to join our growing crew. We clean windows, power wash driveways, clean rooftops, clean gutters, and restore shine to homes and businesses across San Diego. It’s physical, skill-based work that takes teamwork, attention to detail, and a bit of grit.
Compensation:
-$20/hour training wage during your 2-week onboarding
-$22/hour after 2 week training period
-Room for advancement
-Company gear and uniforms provided

What You’ll Do:
-Clean residential and commercial windows
-Clean rooftops, solar panels, gutters, and hardscapes
-Use ladders, water-fed poles, and pressure washing equipment
-Troubleshoot tricky access points and odd jobs (every property is a little different)
-Work in a crew and communicate clearly to get the job done right
Who You Are:
-You’re comfortable with heights and don’t mind getting dirty
-You like working with your hands and solving problems
-You’re reliable, respectful, and team-oriented
-You enjoy working in different types of environments, from suburban homes to coastal properties and urban storefronts
-You have strong attention to detail and care about quality work
-You’re quick to learn — and you’re always looking for ways to improve
