Housekeeping Inspector for Residential Properties - Job Description
Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Inspector ensures that residential properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards. This role involves inspecting units, supervising cleaning staff, and reporting maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Inspections:Regularly inspect homes or apartments to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervision:Oversee and guide housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed to high standards.
- Supply Management:Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory.
- Maintenance Reporting:Report any repair or maintenance issues to management.
- Training:Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards.
- Communication:Provide updates on property conditions to owners or managers.
Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping or property management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and train staff.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Physical ability to perform inspection tasks.
- Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.

Compensation: $20.00 -$22.00 an hour. depending on experience.
Shift Details: Mon- Friday or Tues- Saturday 9 am - 6 pm.
