Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Housekeeping Staff:
Lead and manage our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all residential units.
Property Inspections:
Conduct regular and thorough inspections of residential properties to ensure all areas meet our quality standards and provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
Maintenance Coordination: Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly, ensuring they are addressed and resolved efficiently to maintain property integrity.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in good condition.
Training & Development: Train new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards to maintain consistency in service quality.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping supervision and property inspection, preferably in a residential setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Strong communication skills. Bilingual is beneficial.
