Sanwood Fine Carpentry & Construction Inc, General Contractor located in San Diego, CA is looking for highly motivated Carpenters and Carpenter Helpers with experience in custom made cabinets and more.
Requirements for this position:
Experience is preferred but not required (willingness to learn).
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
Able to read and adhere to labels, safety warnings, and guidelines.
Availability to work full time and to start right away.
Valid Driver's License is preferred but not required.
Need to have legal status to work in the United States (please do not contact us if you don't have proof of status)
Be flexible, responsible, punctual, and a hard worker.
What each position entitles in a nutshell:
Carpenter:
-Shapes or cuts materials to specified measurements
-Using hand tools, machines, or power saws.
-Fabrication (build or repair) and sometimes installation of cabinets, doors, frame work or any other wooden fixtures)
-Gather and carry materials
-Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned
Carpenter Helper:
-Gather and carry materials
-Cleans up worksite debris.
-Measure and cut materials
-Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned
-Other tasks required by Carpenter.
Please note that these positions require standing or walking long periods of time, moving and lifting items over 25lb, working indoors and outdoors, handling hazard materials and heavy machinery, it requires to follow established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Carpintero:

-Fabricacion (construir o reparar) y a veces instalación de gabinetes, puertas, estructuras o cualquier otro objeto hecho de madera.
-Juntar y cargar materiales
-Mover materiales dentro del taller.
Ayudante de Carpintero:
-Juntar y cargar materiales
-Limpiar desperdicio/desecho que se acumule en el taller
-Medir y cortar materiales
-Mover materiales dentro del taller
-Cualquier otra tarea que le sea requerida por el Carpintero.
Por favor, tome en cuenta que estos puestos requieren estar de pie o caminar por prolongados periodos de tiempo, mover y alzar objetos que pesan mas de 25 libras, trabajar en el interior y exterior, trabajar con materiales peligrosos y con maquinaria pesada, requiere seguir medidas de seguridad establecidas y regulaciones para mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y sano.
