Position: Live-In Landscaper, Gardener, Janitor, and Event Set-Up Specialist
Work Week: Saturday - Wednesday (Off Thursday and Friday) 7AM to 3:30PM
Accommodation: Live-In Position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Landscaper, Gardener, Janitor, and Event Set-Up Specialist. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your diverse skills will be put to great use.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping and Gardening:
Maintain and enhance the appearance of our grounds, including gardens, and other outdoor areas.
Plant, prune, and care for various plants, trees, and shrubs.
Blowing daily, trim hedges, and perform other landscaping duties.
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water usage.
Perform seasonal tasks such as weed abatement and storm clean-up.
Janitorial Duties:
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of indoor and outdoor facilities.
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Event Set-Up:
Assist with the set-up and breakdown of weddings
Arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and other event-related equipment according to specifications.
Ensure all areas are clean and presentable before events.
Provide support during events as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Must speak and read English fluently.
Clean driving record is essential.
Reliable transportation is required.
Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, janitorial work, and event set-up is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
