Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Property Caretaker to manage and maintain our property. This is a live-in position, offering a private cottage with all utilities included. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, weed abatement, irrigation, and property cleaning. Additionally, the caretaker will be responsible for commercial dishwashing after scheduled events and assisting with event setup as needed.
Responsibilities:
Landscaping: Maintain the property's landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
Weed Abatement: Control and remove weeds to keep the property clean and presentable.
Irrigation: Manage and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the landscape.
Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning of the property, including the cottage and common areas.
Event Setup: Assist with the preparation and setup of the property for scheduled events.
Vehicle Operation: Drive company vehicles as needed; maintain a clean driving record.
Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation for off-site tasks or errands.
Requirements:
Proficiency in landscaping, weed abatement, and irrigation.
Experience in cleaning and property maintenance.
Fluency in English.
Clean driver's license record.
Reliable personal transportation.
Flexibility in work days depending on events. Two consecutive days off provided in schedule
Compensation: $18 per hour, with a private cottage and utilities included.
Please no pets or kids. Caretaker couple may be considered.
