San Diego based boatyard in Shelter Island is seeking a skilled full time general laborer to help keep our facility functioning best with a neat working area. These tasks are including but not limited to
Perform general site clean-up (Sweep, pick up lingering waste, hose down site)
Move, load, or unload materials
Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
Use equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
Remove debris and trash from work site from projects including but not limited to: dirt, scrap lumber, plaster, drywall, any paint or adhesive products from windows, floors, ceramic tile or fixtures.
Job requirements:
Shift 7:30am - 4pm
Strong work ethic
Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Able to work in all weather conditions
Able to lift light to heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
Background check, Drug screening, and physical is required before hire.
Must be able to work in the United States
