Groundskeeper/Porter - $19.50 per hour, full-time (San Diego)
Shore Management, Inc. is looking for a reliable, honest and detail-oriented individual with landscaping experience for a large property located in Bay Park. This full-time position will perform landscaping duties 4 days per week (in one location) and will work one day per week on a route doing landscaping and porter work.
The applicant will need to be able to solve problems and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean and organized. Responsibilities will include:
1. Operate tools and grounds keeping equipment
2. Keep all grounds looking clean and tidy.
3. Clean, dispose of trash, pull weeds around external grounds of properties.
4. Operate a pressure washer.
5. Perform debris removal for large clean-ups (must be able to lift 50lbs).
6. Remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures.
7. Perform minor cleaning services and wipe downs of the interior of units.
Prior to hire a full criminal background and DMV check will be completed.
Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and a valid and clean CA Driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English.
