Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hands-On Working Superintendent to join our team. This role requires overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all aspects of construction are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
