Key Responsibilities:
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of apartments to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
Supply Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any repair or maintenance issues to management promptly.
Training: Provide training to new housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and standards.
Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with property owners and management regarding property conditions and needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or property management.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Good customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with residents and staff.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Physical ability to perform inspection tasks and navigate properties.
Bilingual skills (verbal and written) are a plus.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. Weekly Pay!
Shift Details: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
