Properties located in Spring Valley, El Cajon, Lemon Grove, National City and City Heights
Requirements:
Tools and reliable transportation
Experience in, but not limited to: painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, tile, hardwood flooring, vacancy turnovers, etc.
Promptly responds to work order requests
Preferably bilingual English/Spanish
Valid Driver's License
Drug free
