We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor for our Apartment Complexes in North County.
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a landscape maintenance team and ensuring that a few select properties are maintained to the highest industry standards.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, weed control, and proper maintenance techniques
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Responsibilities:
-Manage and lead a landscape maintenance team in all aspects of property maintenance, including trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control
-Perform irrigation system repairs, installation, and seasonal adjustments as needed
-Plant replacement and seasonal material installation
-Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and supplies
-Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
