Large HOA maintenance company is looking to hire a full time, experienced maintenance technician to service numerous HOA's throughout the San Diego area. Qualifications & Requirements are as follows: General knowledge and experience with building maintenance and repairs. Experience with basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, painting, and general landscaping.
Must provide a Valid driver’s license or Identification. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
