We are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Manager for a 26-unit property. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and be able to handle general maintenance tasks, including:
✅ Garbage disposal repairs
✅ Minor plumbing issues (clogs, leaks, etc.)
✅ Closet door replacements
✅ Light bulb changes
✅ General property upkeep and grounds maintenance
Qualifications:
Prior property management or maintenance experience preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management
