We are looking for a reliable Lead Painter or Foreman to join our team. This person will help run jobs, manage a small crew, and make sure work gets done right and on time
Job Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of painters on residential and commercial jobs
Make sure work is done safely, neatly, and up to our quality standards
Keep projects on schedule, ensure projects are completed on time.
Communicate well with team members and supervisors
Help with painting and prep work as needed
Read and interpret blueprints or job specs
Handle prep work, painting, touch-ups, and final walkthroughs as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
Painting experience (3+ years)
Leadership experience (1+ year preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Shows up on time, works hard, and sets a good example
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
