Seeking a full time packing house manager to run operations for our 39 acre citrus farm.
The ideal candidate should be able to manage inventory of fruit in cooler & supplies, keep detailed logs for traceability and USDA certification, manage packing schedule & crew and work with grove manager to fulfill orders.
In addition, candidate should be able to read labels and understand application rates specific to packing machine.
Responsibilities include use of pallet jack & skidsteer forklift.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Proficiency in English and Spanish is helpful.
