Company Overview:
3PL Winner is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate shipping of small parcels direct to consumers (DTC). If you have hands-on experience with shipping DTC orders and utilizing a Warehouse Management System (WMS), we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship small parcels to direct-to-consumer customers.
- Maintain high standards of order accuracy and speed.
- Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage and track inventory and shipments.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and ensure all orders are processed on time.
- Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve shipping issues.
- Handle labeling, shipping documentation, and packaging quality control.
- Perform daily inventory counts and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in shipping DTC orders, with experience using a WMS system.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in WMS platforms, shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS), and basic computer skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in order processing and packaging.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and stand for long periods.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Problem-Solver: Capable of resolving shipping issues quickly and efficiently.
- Communication: Able to effectively communicate written and verbally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with e-commerce shipping or logistics.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations and best practices.
