Medical device company is looking for an enthusiastic self starter to join our team and help with our warehouse operations.
We sell refurbished medical equipment (CT,XRAY,Ulrasound, C-Arm). We ship orders all over the US and the world from our Vista CA location. Job Tasks: Receive packages Receive and help manage inventory Pack and ship orders (Proficient with UPS and Fed-Ex ship Manager)
Assist in optimizing current warehouse space for maximum efficiency
Assists in maintaining an organized safe working environment.
Manage the pending receipts in Tracmor (web based inventory management software) – includes following up with sales team on outstanding receipts
Requesting supplies required for shipping duties as needed, while aiding in recycling efforts
Following protocol for receiving items – updating Tracmor, noting condition of product via pictures, creating a file system for incoming documentation (Microsoft Sharepoint)
Following protocols for shipping items – following notes in Tracmor exactly, providing tracking information as needed, providing shipping quotes as needed, etc
Job qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Able to lift heavy packages and inventory (Over 70 lbs)
Computer experience is a must
Warehouse experience is a must
Forklift experience is a must
Refurbishing/Painting experience preferred
Microsoft Office Experience is preferred
English speaking, Bilingual is a plus
Light carpentry (crate/pallet building) is a plus
