Our personal injury law firm is seeking an attorney to join our office. The ideal candidate will be a CA licensed attorney who can handle a caseload of personal injury cases. No training or experience required, we will train the right candidate. The right associate will also be one who can generate business as there will be a base salary offered along with a percentage of cases brought in by attorney.
Starting salary $75,000 base plus commission and bonuses. This is negotiable if candidate has experience.
Position could be part or full time depending on candidate's preference. We are a small family owned practice willing to work around family schedules/ child pick up, etc. for the right candidate. No remote work, candidate must be able to work from office in Escondido.
