Harker Injury Law, a busy and growing personal injury firm, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our Case Managers with all aspects of client case management, helping ensure that each client receives outstanding service and support throughout their case.
Duties include:
Assisting Case Managers with day-to-day case management tasks
Communicating with clients for updates and documentation
Requesting and organizing medical records and bills
Tracking client treatment progress
Maintaining organized case files in our case management software
Preparing letters, forms, and settlement documents
Providing general administrative support
Qualifications:
Experience in a personal injury law firm or legal office preferred (not required)
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced workload
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Basic computer skills; experience with case management software is a plus
Professional and compassionate demeanor when working with clients
