Bilingual Paralegal Needed - Criminal Defense Law Firm (San Diego)
We are a prominent criminal defense law firm in San Diego seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (no exceptions).
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal. (If under 5 years but still a strong candidate, send resume and tell us why)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative.
Experience with criminal case document management (preferred).
Proficiency in Clio case management software (a plus but not required).
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case preparation and management.
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain case files, calendars, and appointments.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
Perform research and analysis as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
