Sole practitioner seeks civil litigation associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience on a contract basis. Commercial real estate and landlord tenant experience helpful.
Assist with demand letters, law and motion, discovery, depositions, trial work and collections. Ability to work independently, remotely, and with strong emphasis on skilled research and writing. Experience in court is a plus.
Compensation based on experience with an estimated hourly rate of $90 - $125/per hour.
