Responsibilities:
Be familiar with personal injury cases.
Be familiar with litigation procedures and the discovery process.
Communicate directly with clients and insurance companies.
Assist in gathering information and documents, including medical records and collision reports.
Draft letters giving notice of a claim or lawsuit, summonses, pleadings, and discovery.
Research court records.
Be aware of the ethical responsibilities regarding client confidentiality.
Serve documents on other parties to lawsuits.
File documents with the Courts.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
