Our small, busy, well-established civil litigation law firm in Mission Valley is searching for an experienced receptionist / legal secretary. This is a full-time position. Duties include greeting clients and other visitors; answering and transferring telephone calls; setting and calendaring appointments; scheduling Zoom meetings; scanning / maintaining (mostly paperless) filing; legal secretarial support on an as-needed basis. Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CLIO preferred.
