We are a 13-year-old fully operational, nationwide (over 40 states) back-office processing firm seeking to partner with a licensed attorney to serve in a limited supervisory and compliance oversight role. The attorney will work with a compliant, consumer advocacy platform that supports homeowners facing foreclosure in navigating their mortgage relief options.
This is not a litigation or courtroom role. There is no practice of law involved — just file review and compliance sign-off in alignment with FTC MARS and applicable state and federal guidelines. Fully Remote. Our processing operations are managed through our customized CRM platform. We are capitalized and MUST launch by January 1st, 2026.
What We Offer:
100% remote, light commitment (2 hours/week according to past and current associates)
Fully developed infrastructure (CRM, staffing, compliance workflows)
Pay of $4,800–$10,200/month, depending on volume (per file fee basis) Takes 6 months to scale. We average 42 files per month but we will get to about 60-70 at a manageable scale.

Your Role:
Serve as the supervising attorney for a compliant law firm setup
Review client files prepared by our back-office processing unit, we follow a strict/FTC compliant criteria for onboarding
Sign off on consumer cases for homeowners seeking lender work-out solutions
Supervise/Ensure Out of State Attorneys sign off on files
Manage IOLTA account according to State Bar Rules
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed attorney in good standing (Any State)
Comfortable in a non-litigation, supervisory capacity
Open to long-term commitment and platform growth
Experience or interest in consumer protection or mortgage relief is helpful, but not required
