Hunter and Maddox International Inc is currently looking for a graphics designer at our flagship office downtown. The graphics designer will work remotely and will be designing and coordinating marketing materials for the office for the various agents in the office. This work is on a project by project basis and allows for complete flexibility. Graphics designer will individually bill agents after each job is complete based on hours completed.

Job Duties:
Preparing Advertising collateral for magazines, newspapers, flyers, postcards. websites, bus benches etc
create graphics for Posting on social media platforms. Creating engaging/ visually aesthetic content for our
REQUIRED SKILLS:
ADOBE SUITE EXPERIENCE A MUST (ILLUSTRATOR, PHOTOSHOP & IN DESIGN A MUST)
Creative marketing, advertising and design skills
Social media promotion - Facebook, Instagram, Google +, Twitter, LinkedIn is a plus.
Attention to detail a must
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet a variety of deadlines
Positive and professional attitude
Work in a team environment
An understanding of the real estate industry is helpful but not required
