We’re looking for a creative and outgoing individual to help us capture and create engaging content for our social media platforms. If you have an eye for storytelling, love connecting with people, and enjoy bringing ideas to life through photos and videos — this could be the perfect fit for you.
This is a part-time role (5+ hours per week - hours will vary depending on projects), ideal for a college student or someone looking to make some extra money while building creative experience.
What You’ll Do
-Capture content around San Diego that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience
-Brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for social media posts
-Take photos and short videos
-Engage with local businesses and people to help tell their stories
-Collaborate with our team to plan, organize, and deliver new content regularly
-(Bonus) Assist with simple graphic design or assembling content in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Who You Are
-Confident and comfortable talking to strangers
-Creative, curious, and eager to learn our brand voice and audience
-Savvy with social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
-Organized and reliable, able to meet deadlines
-Basic photography tools
-A plus if you have graphic design or editing skills
