Electronic Manufacturing Company in San Diego has immediate openings for Entry Level and Experienced SMT Machine Operators, as well as SMT Process Engineers.
Other Positions available:

- Cables/Harness Assembly
- Mechanical Assembly
- QC/QA Inspection
Will train the right candidates for the Duties and Responsibilities mentioned below.
Shifts available.
1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Flexible)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating Paste Printers, Pick and Place Machines, Reflow Oven and AOI Equipment.
Experience with Hanwha (Samsung) Pick and Place Machines a plus
Programming Paste Printers, Pick and Place Machines, and AOI Equipment
Profiling Reflow Ovens (Familiar with Vitronics a Plus)
Feeder Loading and Setup
Perform Visual Inspection of SMT Assemblies
Perform Regular Maintenance of all Equipment
Monitor Daily SMT Production runs
Implement and Follow IPC-610 Standards
Develop Procedures for New Products Introduction
Perform Machine Maintenance on SMT Lines
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 Year of hands on experience within an Electronic Manufacturing Environment
Must be able to identify components
Have working knowledge of IPC-610 and ISO Standards
Hands on experience with Pick and Place Equipment
Have Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Have excellent communication skills with co-workers and Suppliers
Have good Computer skills, and Experience with MS Office, Excel, and Word
Ability to meet Job deadlines
