Machine Operators needed for various openings in North County SD
Seeking candidates with the following experience:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines.
Program machines and perform first article inspections.
Select and align cutting tools, fixtures, and materials.
Verify machine settings and accuracy of control data.
Monitor machine feed and speed during operations.
Interpret blueprints and engineering information.
Maintain accurate documentation and revise paperwork as needed.
Excellent manual dexterity required as well as an eye for visual quality and small features
Knowledge and use of precision measuring instruments - calipers, microscopes, manual CMM
Knowledge of reading drawings and specifications with a good understanding of shop math.
Experience with Windows PC or Linux skills a plus - Will use MS Word, Excel, AutoCad. Linux, Java, C, html programming background would be a plus!
