Aspect Machining is a CNC machine shop in Vista, CA. We service customers in the aerospace, medical device and electronics fields.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts into mills using vises and fixtures.
- Measure dimensions using micrometers, calipers, pin gages and height gages.
- Manually deburr parts using hand tools.
- Shovel chips into the bin, must be able to lift the bin with one other person.
- Top up coolant in mills as needed.
- Measure and cut stock using the automatic band saw and vertical band saw. Must be able to read a ruler.
- Count finished parts accurately.
- Keep personal work area clean and tidy.
Experience needed:
- 1 year of experience or education as a CNC operator on mills
