CNC Milling Machine Programmer / Operator (El Cajon)

Immediate Full-Time opening for CNC Milling Machine Programmer / Operator
- Position is open immediately
- Full-time Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Summary of Skills and Responsibilities:
Must have programming experience.
Must have Haas machine controller experience, including set-up, setting tools, and G offsets
Must have Fusion 360 program editing and posting experience.
Fusion test will be given to final applicants
· Machine maintenance oil/coolant/ grease/hydraulic level
· Stock/material preparation
· Saw raw materials Horizontal/Vertical using automatic saw
· Cleaning chips from machines and floor,
· Put tools away and organize the tool crib
· Operate and run 3-axis vertical machine center, loading, and securing raw stock
· Assist the Machinist with getting fixturing and tools ready for the next job
· Cutting Aluminum plate, deburring, sanding, and cleaning parts.
· Measuring parts
