Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hands-On Quality Manager to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control, including ISO audits and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all quality assurance and control activities across the production floor.
Oversee and coordinate ISO audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any non-conformities.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure product quality and consistency.
Analyze quality data and metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards and procedures.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality processes, audits, and compliance activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters, both internally and with external auditors and customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in computer manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
