Position: Wood CNC Operator
DGS RICH LTD a point-of-purchase display and retail store fixture manufacturer, is looking for a production manager to manage all aspects of production planning, scheduling, and execution. The production manager will primarily be responsible for production within the company's in-house millwork production facility but will also coordinate with outsourced suppliers in the U.S., Mexico, and China. Specific responsibilities include creating a detailed production schedule, working with our shop foreman to assign personnel to specific jobs across multiple shifts, tracking productivity, coordinating with multiple suppliers, working across multiple functional areas (such as sales, design, engineering, graphics, purchasing, and customer service), space planning, and handling related tasks required to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wood CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality wood products. This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly rates and comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC routing machines to cut, shape, and finish wood products.
- Read and interpret , technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in all machined components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC machines, specifically for woodworking.
-Familiar with Programing is a plus – BOBCAD – Solid Works CAM professional
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
