We are a small company offering soft goods to the hospitality industry that is currently looking for someone to work mostly remotely for a part time or full time position with flexible hours to service the hospitality industry. Salary will be based on experience and skill level.
Part time - 10 to 20 hours
Full time - 30 - 40 hours weekly
This individual must be organized, friendly, and ready to help keep projects and daily operations running smoothly. This role blends project management, QuickBooks, to include work as a personal-assistant for the owner if full time work is desired. Must be in North County San Diego for personal assistant duties while project management/admin work can be done from home.
What We’re Looking For-
Someone detail-oriented, reliable, organized, tech savvy and quick to learn
Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
Friendly, professional communication skills
Excel and QuickBooks experience is a must
Familiarity with shipping coordination is helpful
What You’ll Do-
Help manage customer quotes, POs, and project timelines
Send RFQs to vendors and organize responses
Create invoices, sales orders, and vendor POs in QuickBooks a must.
Coordinate measurements, installations, shipping, and tracking
Communicate with clients and vendors throughout each project
Handle fabric orders, basic logistics, and follow-up steps
Keep paperwork, emails, and schedules organized
Support the owner with admin and personal tasks
Handle shipping logistics (Saturn, FedEx), tracking, BOLs, labels, and manifests
