ABOUT THE POSITION
We are a busy sign company in San Diego seeking a part-time Office Assistant to handle Customer follow-ups, vendor outreach, and general administrative day-to-day office tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email and call customers.
Complete vendor onboarding forms and submit required paperwork.
Write professional emails on behalf of management.
Assist manager with paperwork, forms, scheduling, and calendar appointments.
General office support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong written communication and email skills.
Ability to make professional phone calls.
Experience with QuickBooks (basic)
Reliable transportation
Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
HOURS
Part-time. Flexible scheduling.
